In India, Hindi is spoken as a first language by nearly 425 million people and it is the second most spoken language in the world after Chinese.  No language can replace Hindi because it is the first language for a large population in India.  It is the language of poetry, wisdom, mystery, philosophy and national integration.

At a time when the print media is undergoing a recession, but buoyed by the response to POINT OUT English monthly magazine in the last five years, we launched POINT OUT Hindi on 4th January 2019.

A recent international study by University of Arizona has found that young generation still prefer actual paper book instead of e-book, even more than their older counterparts. Most readers say they have an emotional attachment with physical books.  We think, as long as there are people who derive satisfaction from the sense of touch with the print magazine, newspapers and feeling of ownership of physical magazine, there will be a market for print industry. We will continue to maintain our high standard of story selection, presentation and editorial integrity with the Hindi edition of our magazine too. Let us assure you the POINT OUT Hindi is not a literal translation of its English edition, but it is our sincere efforts to bring altogether different content, giving it a typical Hindi flavour.
